We handle customer and visitor data in line with Canadian and EU privacy expectations. We avoid storing personal data on-chain, minimize PII in our systems, and encrypt sensitive fields in transit and at rest.

• • Data use: only for delivering services you request and improving reliability; no sale of data.
• • Storage: Canada by default; EU residency available for the France subsidiary and EU clients.
• • Access: role-based and logged. Removal or correction requests are honored for off-chain data.
• • Security: TLS everywhere, key rotation, backups, and vendor risk reviews for subprocessors.
