Experiatech
Privacy notice
Last updated:
1. Data controller
ExperIAtech, French single-member limited liability company (EURL), 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France, is the controller for the processing described in this notice. For any data-protection question, contact contact@experiatech.group.
ExperIAtech has not appointed a data protection officer because the processing currently carried out does not require such an appointment.
2. Data processed
When you use the contact form, ExperIAtech processes the information you provide: name, work email address, organisation, area of interest, platform context, decision horizon and a description of your need. Fields required to handle the enquiry are marked in the form; the others are optional.
The hosting provider may also process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, request date and time, requested page, and browser or device information.
Do not submit special-category data under the GDPR or confidential information that is unnecessary for an initial enquiry.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to and qualifying your enquiry and preparing a potential engagement: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract where the enquiry concerns a service (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), or ExperIAtech’s legitimate interest in responding to professional and institutional enquiries in other cases (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Maintaining website availability, integrity and security, preventing abuse and diagnosing incidents: ExperIAtech’s legitimate interest in securing its service (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Retaining material needed to establish or defend legal rights or comply with legal duties: legitimate interest or legal obligation depending on the record concerned (Article 6(1)(f) or (c)).
ExperIAtech does not use contact-form data to send newsletters or automated marketing without an appropriate legal basis and, where required, your consent.
4. Required information
Name, email address, area of interest and a description of the need are required to understand and answer the enquiry. Without them, the form cannot be submitted. The remaining fields help prepare the discussion but are optional.
5. Recipients and processors
Data is available only to authorised people within ExperIAtech and, to the extent needed for their role, the following technical providers:
- Vercel Inc., for website hosting and security;
- Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend), to deliver the contact-form message to ExperIAtech’s mailbox and send the acknowledgement to the person making the enquiry.
Data is not sold, rented or shared with advertisers. It may be disclosed to an authority where required by law.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Vercel and Resend are providers established in the United States. Where data is processed from a country not covered by an applicable adequacy decision, the transfer relies on appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated into the providers’ data-processing terms and, where necessary, supplementary measures. You may request information about these safeguards using the contact address above.
7. Retention periods
- Prospect enquiries and related correspondence: up to three years from the last active contact, unless you object earlier.
- If an engagement is entered into: for the duration of the relationship, followed by archival of necessary records for applicable legal periods, generally five years for contractual evidence and ten years for accounting records.
- Technical logs: for the period strictly needed to operate and secure the website under the hosting-service settings, followed by deletion or anonymisation unless an incident justifies longer retention.
8. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability. You may also give instructions concerning your data after death under French law. Where processing relies on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation.
To exercise your rights, email contact@experiatech.group. ExperIAtech may request proof of identity only where there is reasonable doubt. A response will be provided within the time limits set by the GDPR.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL): cnil.fr.
9. Cookies and local storage
As of the update date, the website does not use advertising or audience-measurement cookies and does not include trackers requiring consent. A display preference, such as light or dark theme, may be stored locally on your device when used; it is not used to track you. No consent banner is therefore displayed. If non-essential trackers are added, they will be blocked until your choice is collected and this notice will be updated.
10. Security
ExperIAtech uses technical and organisational measures proportionate to risk, including encrypted communications, access restrictions, service authentication and dependency updates. As no system is completely secure, ExperIAtech reviews these measures as risks evolve.
11. Updates
This notice may be updated when processing, providers or applicable law changes. The date at the top of the page identifies the current version.
